I absolutely loved my spacious suite with a sparkling clean room and a cozy vibe. The 5:30 Kickoff was such a fun way to unwind with tasty snacks and free drinks! Plus, lounging by the outdoor pool and jacuzzi made it a perfect getaway.

Room was cozy and romantic with great views of the skyline. Staff was friendly and even left us a special treat for our honeymoon.
Definitely not the cheapest option out there, but worth it for the experience.

Kickback hour offers great food and drinks, definitely a highlight. Toilets in the bathroom are cramped and can be awkward to use. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Parking was easy too.

The staff offered a free room for a future stay, which was a nice gesture. The hot tub and pool area felt a bit small, but we enjoyed the free snacks and drinks in the evenings. Morning breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot items available. a pleasant stay with room for improvement in noise insulation.

I was thrilled by how conveniently everything is within a half mile, making it super easy to stroll to popular attractions like the Frankenmuth River Place Shops and Bronner's CHRISTmas Wonderland; not to mention, the delicious free breakfast and evening Kickback with tasty food and drinks were highlights that kept me and my family satisfied after a day of exploring the Bavarian Festival! The hotel felt clean and comfortable, but the pool rules could use a little tweaking to enhance the adult relaxation experience.

Upon checking into our room at Drury, I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The brick wall detailing added a nice touch to the decor, although I did find the room to be a little dark due to the lack of lighting. The furnishings were a bit dated and could use some updating to freshen up the overall look. One thing that stood out to me was the 5:30 kickback event. It was a fantastic experience with three free drinks per guest and a delicious spread of food including pulled pork sliders, coleslaw, baked beans, and mac n cheese. It felt like a whole meal rather than just snacks, which was impressive. The hot breakfast was also enjoyable, but the highlight for me was definitely the 5:30 kickback. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during warmer days. on our first day, there was a group of rowdy guests, possibly a high school football team, who were loud and disrespectful. This made my family and I feel uncomfortable and a bit scared. Thankfully, they left the following day, but it did put a damper on our initial experience. In terms of amenities, our room had all the essentials like an ironing facility, am/fm alarm clock, flat-screen TV, and a sitting area. The sink area provided free toiletries, which was a nice touch. I did notice that the laundry facilities could use a bit of attention, as the property overall seemed to need a slight refresh to bring it up to date. With some updates and attention to detail, this place has the potential to offer a more consistent and enjoyable experience.

The breakfast is a winner; I had more than one helping! The staff is friendly and genuinely helpful, and the pet-friendly vibe makes it feel like home.
Just be ready for a bit of walking if you want to hit the shops.

Comfortable stay. Felt safe at every turn. Helpful staff added to the experience. The 5:30 Kickback dinner was a delightful surprise. Delicious food choices, like tacos and fettuccini Alfredo, saved us time and money. The hot breakfast didn't disappoint, either. Paid extra for a room with a sleeper sofa, which did not exist. Staff couldn't accommodate a correction. Rooms were tidy but small. One bed cramped against the wall left little space to navigate, inducing a touch of claustrophobia. Pet-friendly? Not quite. A $50 fee with no option to leave my dog behind was disappointing. Great amenities are overshadowed by these drawbacks.

The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond! The complimentary 5:30 kickback with free drinks and delicious food like pulled pork sliders is a major win. The rooms are cozy, clean, and offer a great location in town.
The pillows were too squishy for my liking, just a personal preference. there was a bit of a trek on the incline to get to the hotel, which made me question my decisions, but that's not the hotel's fault!

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the convenience of having adjoining rooms for my family of 7 and the complimentary breakfast and dinner options. The hotel's central location and quiet surroundings were ideal for our holiday getaway.
I was disappointed to be unexpectedly charged an extra $50 for a pet fee despite my reservation specifying pet-friendly accommodations. The manager's lack of understanding and unwillingness to address the issue was frustrating.

The flexible meeting space was so thrilling, I felt like I was in a business version of Narnia. The fresh hot breakfast and Kickback events tamed the hangry beast inside of me. The pool lift - how fancy!
I just adored maneuvering my walker, wheelchair, and oxygen condenser through the non-handicapped room, such a stimulating challenge.

the hotel was super clean and the location was perfect - within walking distance to everything but still away from the crowd. the breakfast and dinner were amazing, and i loved that they offered three free alcoholic drinks in the evening.

The kids loved feeding the animals, while my wife and I enjoyed strolling through the scenic grounds. It's a must-visit spot just a short walk from the hotel.
My wife says that an earlier pool closure would have been better.

stayed at drury inn & suites, loved the location in downtown. the staff was amazing! the breakfast was awesome with a big selection, and the complimentary evening meal and drinks were a pleasant surprise. the room was spacious with a fridge, and the hotel offered parking. the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. overall, a very happy stay.

We hit up Grandpa Tiny's Farm, then raced over to the Wilderness Trails Zoo - so cool! Super fun times, easy walking to places, and the staff was mega chill and helpful.
Just one lift made it tough when we wanted to bounce between rooms quickly. Another lift would have been awesome for us go-getters!

We had an incredible time staying at this hotel for the third year in a row. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The amenities were outstanding, with a delicious buffet breakfast and evening snacks and drinks. The pool and sauna area were fantastic, providing a great way to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities like flat-screen TVs and air conditioning. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the attractions. it was a fantastic experience!
That the tables at breakfast were not cleaned as well as they should have been, and there was a slight delay in getting coffee sometimes.
